Return Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind so please choose wisely!

Although we aim to have our products protectively packaged at all times, we understand that breakages can occur. In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or broken, please contact us through email with images of the item within 14 days of receival and we will work through it with you. 

Shipping

All packages are sent through Australia Post, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items once sent.

We may ask you to pay for your package to be re-sent in the event of an incorrect address etc. 

Local Delivery: 

We offer local delivery within the Dubbo CBD. We will contact you through email or phone number closer to our delivery day to confirm any details. Alternatively, please contact us prior to your purchase to discuss options.
